Heavy Duty Mechanic - Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic - Apprentice 4th year The Heavy Duty Mechanic Journeyman/Apprentice shall be responsible for the mechanical workings on engine compressor (Wauk, Cat, Cummins), gensets, and pumpjacks. This is mainly a field position, assigned truck provided (Journeyman). Responsibilities listed below, but not limited to: -Shop and Field Overhauls -Compressor Valve Rebuilds -Air Starter Rebuilding -Cylinder Honing -Engine Accessory Rebuilding -Compressor Packing Case Reconditioning Other Responsibilities: -Service and maintenance of engine compressors, gensets, and pumpjacks -Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced mechanics or apprentice personnel Experience& Skills -Valid class 5 license; less than 6 demerit points and no suspensions -Journeyman Certificate (is an asset) or currently enrolled in apprenticeship program -Physically fit - heavy lift required -Industry experience is an asset -Effective interpersonal skills (spoken and written communication) -Experience working on Waukesha, Cat, White Superior, Arrow, Pumpjacks, Reciprocating & Screw Compressors Send Resumes to payables@frontlinesvs.net or In person at Frontline Compression Services Inc at 5409-44Street RImbey, AB Website: http://frontlinesvs.net
